Registration for the 2025 Round Rock Dolphins swim team begins in February!

Registration links will be opened (and emailed) on the first day of the respective windows.

• February 9 - 22, 2025: Returning swimmer registration. “Once a Dolphin, Always a Dolphin!”
• February 23, 2025 - March 12: New swimmer registration

Registration for returning swimmers will be through a PRIVATE link process. A link will be e-mailed out to returning families on February 9. Check your junk and spam folders if you have not received the notification.

Register early! Spots fill up quickly, so we HIGHLY recommend marking your calendars and registering early. To ensure adequate coaching and a balanced team, we set age-group limits. This means there may be space for one swimmer in your family, but not for everyone. Yet another reason to register early!

Waitlist: If there is insufficient space, your swimmer will be added to the waitlist.

Registration fees: For the 2025 season, the registration fees are:

• $225 - 1st Swimmer
• $225 - 2nd Swimmer
• $192- 3rd Swimmer
• $124- Additional Swimmers

This includes practices, meets, and most social events. A Dolphins t-shirt and cap is included for each swimmer as part of their registration fee.

We are planning a water park trip again this year. Entrance is not included in the registration fee.

2025 Season Dates: The 2025 swim season runs from April 28, 2025 - June 29, 2025 (this is set by the NorthWest Swim Circuit). Actual start and end dates may be slightly different and have not yet been finalized. Details coming soon!

2025 Practices: Practice times will be the same as last year, but are subject to change.: 

APRIL 28 - MAY 22 (Monday - Thursday):

• 5:00 or 5:30 - 6 and under swim practice (30 minutes)
• 4:30 - 5:15 - 7/8 Girls & Boys and 9/10 Girls
• 5:15 - 6:00 - 9/10 Boys and 11/12 Girls and Boys
• 6:00-7:00 - All 13 & Up Swimmers

PRACTICE SCHEDULE - Starting May 27: Generally Mon - Fri:

• 13+ @ 7-8 am
• 12 and under @ either 8-9 am or 9-10 am
  • 6 and under will likely swim for 45 or 50 minutes, not the full hour

2025 MEETS: Information coming soon!

As we did last season, we will be using the Swimtopia software suite to keep the team and team’s meets running smoothly throughout the season. We strongly recommend that all families download the Swimtopia App. We will use it for 2 things during the season.

1.Team Push Notifications: Coaches and Board members can send broad notifications to all team members and it will be the primary way we send urgent messaging out to the team (for example if practice is canceled due to weather). This features is available for free.

2.Follow the Meet: In order to follow the meet on your phone you will need to use that same Swimtopia App. The base (free) version allows you to see your swimmers events, the jobs you signed up for at the meet, as well as in real time shows you what event the meet is on. In the app you can upgrade to a premium subscription for ($2.99/month or $9.99/year) where it additionally shows reminders for your child’s events, allows you to favorite your swimmers, shows real time results including team points earned, heat sheets, and some other items.

At a minimum please download the app and use the free version to make sure you are on any urgent communications that need to go out.
