David is responsible for the overall running of the Dolphin swim team and serves as the head of the Executive Board of Directors and the General Board of Directors. He serves as liaison to the coaching staff and team sponsor to the City of Round Rock. David is married to Claudia, and they are parents to son, Jack.
Lawson is all things money. He handles all of our budgeting and is responsible for reporting out to the Board on our funds. He coordinates team payroll, taxes, accounts receivable and accounts payable, and our team insurance policies and records. It's a big job that he handles with ease!
Heather is the person that keeps the Board on track. She records all of the meeting minutes for the team and makes sure that we know what’s coming up so we don’t get off course. You'll also see Heather at our Volunteer Tent during meets helping to answer questions and assist with anything the team needs.
Page and her husband, Roger, have two daughters, Hayley and Darby. Both Hayley and Darby have been Dolphins for 9 years, and Roger's son, Matthew, was a Dolphin swimmer "back in the day".
Harry is responsible for anything and everything on meet day. Harry and his wife, Courtney, have 2 Dolphin swimmers, Izzy and Emmy. And, both Harry and Courtney were Dolphin swimmers themselves and Coaches!
Karlen's role on the team is critical, and you will interface with him regularly. Karlen works with our volunteer leads to ensure that we have all of our volunteers organized. If you have questions, please address them with the leads of each function first. You will find a team lead listing at the bottom of this page. Karlen and his wife, Danielle, have three daughters, Kamy, Sophie, and Nora.
Heath heads up our computer efforts. This includes the administration of our website, scoring and meet management software and the Dolphin timing system. Heath is also the person who is responsible for setting up the meet each week so that all of our swimmers are assigned events and heats per their online signup.
Ben leads our awesome Concessions Team. He handles the planning and procuring of all the food for our concession stand and coordinating the Concessions team.
Operations – Audrey Hatch handle our team T-Shirts, scheduling our Schlitterbahn, spirit events, and coordinating our team pictures.
Publications – Tiffany Phillips handles our information flow out to the team of which, a major element, is the great newsletter that you see each week.
Fundraising – this position is responsible for coordination of the Silent Auctions and our Dolphathon.
